Working in Groups

After furthering my reading about the Team Performance Curve, I came to an actual story about 6 individual from different states that came together to for a potential team and were working for a company called Comtech Cellular. As I was reading I caught on to some "mistakes" that were made within the team and just wanted to point them out. First mistake is in the beginning when Joe leaves, and Paul could not make it to the meetings. The next mistake I  found was Jennifer was unfamiliar with computer systems, and Lynn was worried about her baby's due date. The team also held meetings and certain members became closer to eat other. A final mistake that I found was bringing in a new member halfway through the project.
